Eureka! At a glance

The Eureka! Festival is a tremendous celebration of science for everyone - a fabulous chance to meet people who are passionate about science.

Come ask them your questions, exchange ideas, discuss your opinions and share their dreams of flying higher, communicating better, improving health care and more.

Join the party! Enjoy more than 100 free activities. Just like the 62,000 visitors to the 2011 edition, you too can attend the demonstrations, lectures, presentations, workshops, shows and surprises that await you.

On June 15, 16 and 17, 2012, join us on the Quays of the Old Port of Montréal for the sixth edition of the Eureka! Festival.

Let’s Talk Science! Lectures presented by the Coeur des sciences

Enthusiastic scientists talk about their jobs and their research. Look, listen and learn, ask your questions and chat with them, but be careful: their passion for science is catching!

Loads of surprises in store

Every year, there are lots of surprises at the Festival, from street theatre to evening shows, artistic installations and more, dozens of activities showcasing the zany side and poetry of science!

Eco-responsible

At the Eureka! Festival, we’re doing our best to be environmentally responsible. We reuse old sets, choose the most environmentally friendly materials, rent equipment when possible, and promote the sorting of waste materials.

For example, this program is made from 100% recycled paper.
Please give it a third life by recycling it in one of our recycling bins.
